All prices are listed in AED and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Fix Dubai Chocolate is not liable for delivery delays due to weather, courier issues, or incorrect shipping information.

6. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Include a photo and description of the issue.
Refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed and shipped.
