Can I Return My Order?
Due to the perishable nature of our gourmet chocolate and dessert products, we unfortunately do not accept returns on any edible items once they leave our facility.
However, your happiness matters! If your order arrives damaged, melted, incomplete, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Report a Problem Within 24 Hours
To qualify for a refund or replacement, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Refund & Replacement Eligibility
